2022 'Gill's Farm' Viognier
Viognier is a variety misunderstood by many in Australia. We strive for balance and freshness and our cooler site in Polish Hill helps us achieve that. Ready to enjoy upon release, but a couple of years in the cellar won’t hurt it. Try this with a spicy Moroccan Chicken tagine with prunes and almonds.

Winemaker's Note:Good winter rain allowed soil profiles to be full, giving the vines a great start to the growing season. Remarkably cool summer followed, providing perfect conditions for healthy vines to produce fruit with high natural acidity and concentrated flavours. Pressed into old French barriques using native yeast for fermentation. One of the better vintages of the last decade.
