Colour:Â Pale green, straw tints.
Aroma:Subtle aromas of honeysuckle, lemon and peach with just a hint of tropical fruit. Restrained initially but opens up as the wine breathes a little which seems to be quite typical of the variety.
Palate:The palate is soft and fleshy with some underlying tropical, citrus and mineral characters. A slightly pithy/grippy finish gives the wine added length and drive.
