2006 'GILLS FARM' VIOGNIER
Colour: Medium green and yellow tints.
Aromas:
Subtle aromas of stonefruit/white peach, musk and honeydew melon with a touch of struck match adding complexity
Palate: The palate is soft and medium bodied with stonefruit and honeysuckle flavours to the fore. Soft acid and some nice creamy texture adds interest to the finish.
Summary: Try this with chicken, apricot and almond terrine. Enjoy over the next 3-4 years – perhaps longer.
