2007 THE WHITE MULLET

Colour: Medium/pale green;

Aroma: Fresh tropical fruit, stonefruit and citrus, with a touch of mineral, make for an intriguing amalgam of aromas;

Palate: The palate is crisp, fresh and dry offering up pineapple / stonefruit flavours plus a little greenage, with the mineral acidity kicking in at the end to give length and balance.

Summary: An easy drinking wine that is great to enjoy now.  Serve well chilled.
