2007 'VALLEY'S END' SAUVIGNON BLANC SEMILLON
Colour: Medium to pale green colour. .
Aroma: Lightly tropical, but mainly stonefruit aromas of nectarine and peach with a touch of mineral/gunpowder evident. Typically subtle.
Palate: Medium weight palate of stonefruit flavours and a little pineapple with some nice texture. Crisp mineral acidity gives a fresh, zesty tang to the finish .
Summary: A lovely subtle blend that is a great alternative to the “in your face” highly aromatic wines that we see so often today.
