2009 'VALLEY'S END' SAUVIGNON BLANC SEMILLON
Colour: Brilliant pale green.
Aroma:Absolutely fresh aromas of citrus, passionfruit and some secondary notes of greenage/nettles and mineral. Typically subtle.
Palate: More of the same on the palate with the soft tropical fruit flavours being balanced nicely by the crisp acidity and delivering a clean, dry and persistent finish.
Summary:Great refreshing drink with all sorts of seafood and also matches spicy Asian dishes quite nicely. Drink this over the spring/summer months.
