2004 "DAMSIDE" CHARDONNAY

Traditional techniques in winemaking, including wild yeast fermentation, secondary fermentation and extended contact with yeast lees in barrel, have resulted in a wine of great character.

Colour: Medium Gold/Green

Aroma: Aromas of grapefruit, peach and some nice charry oak in the background;

Palate: The palate is rich and ripe with good texture and a hint of creaminess. Lovely drink now and next 3-4 years.
