2005 'THE HILL BLOCK' CABERNET
Colour:
Medium red.
Aroma:
Enticing aromas of ripe blackcurrant, violets, tobacco and a touch of cedary French oak
Palate: The palate displays concentrated blackcurrant fruit with a hint of mocha backed up by some lovely charry barrel flavours. Fine ripe tannins and balanced acidity help to give the wine length and structure.
Summary: Drinking well now but no hurry with this one - cellar for 4-7 years.
