I get told that I have a mediterranean palate. That's probably why I enjoyed this dazzling white so much. And the fact it is made to style and goes a treat with a variety of food. Yes and I can see myself sipping it in some Parisian cafe after work as my pre-evening aperitif. Anyway back home for the moment. Made in good old Aussie Clare Valley, this Pinot Gri really lifts with pear and citrus fruits, crisp clean apples especially - dry savoury finish makes it a treat with say tagliatelle with a creamy mushroom sauce.
