“Medium red. Rather sullen nose offers hints of red berries, cherry, licorice, chocolate and nutty oak. Then sweet, nicely concentrated and pure on the palate, with attractive red berry and spice flavors and a whiff of apple. Firmly tannic, dusty finish avoids dryness”.
