A medium weight palate of white pepper and mineral that finishes crisp, fresh and pleasantly dry. Also just a touch of “salty/briney” mineral character.
Summary
Our second attempt at a wine made from the Savignan grape and a significant step up from the 2010. It makes a nice alternative to other mainstream dry whites. Drink over the next 2 summers.
