Light, pale green.
Aroma
Aromas of lemon sherbert, lime, quince and wet slate.
Palate
Light, bright and slightly sweet with the lemon/lime dominating here. Zingy mineral acidity prevents the wine from finishing too sweet and adds length to an already impressive hit of citrus flavour.
Summary
Made from Estate grown fruit this “off dry” style is back in fashion. Lovely with a spicy Asian style dish or a Gruyere cheese. It can take some bottle age too – say 3-5 years.
