2016 “Valley’s End” Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon
Brilliant pale green.
Subtle aromas of citrus, green melon and crushed nettles along with a little tropical fruit and a touch of flint.
The palate is crisp, fresh and dry with the tropical fruit flavours being contrasted by the citrus and herbal elements.
A blend of 62% Sauvignon Blanc & 38% Semillon produced from both Estate grown and grower’s fruit.
Ideal to enjoy as a young wine and is good with all sorts of seafood as well as some slightly spicier dishes.
