Brilliant pale green
Aroma
Pure, but delicate citrus notes of lemon/lime/grapefruit with a twirl of our regional ‘slatey’ mineral character evident.
Palate
Delicate, subtle and dry with vibrant lemon/lime flavours tightly woven around a core of slate/mineral acid that provides length and texture to the wine.
Summary
A really good wine from a challenging year due to the early harvest date. Again a great expression of Riesling from our vineyard at Polish Hill River. It has the potential to cellar for 8-10+ years safely bottled under the screwcap closure.
