Appearance: Pale green.
Aroma: Displays gentle stone fruit, musk and florals. Maybe just a hint of fennel and flintiness too.
Palate: The palate is all stone fruit and musk, displaying some textural elements that provide both length and drive to the wine. The fruit easily carries this texture and it finishes clean and dry.
Summary: The second release of our Premio white. It offers up good drinking now and the next 2-4 years. I can see this wine being a good match with pasta with a creamy, pancetta sauce.
