Colour

Pale green, straw tints.

Aroma

Subtle aromas of pear, melon and stone fruit with just a hint of citrus.  Fairly restrained, but very much in keeping with the variety.

Palate

Quite textural and creamy on the palate with some underlying  lemony/mineral flavours.  The acidity is in the background allowing the texture to provide a finish that is appropriately dry.

Summary

Drink now and over the next summer or two. Try this with smoked chicken or any pasta with a creamy sauce.
